At first writes the following HTML code on the notepad window.  To view the document in the browser window you need to 1.save the document with a .htm or .html extension. 2.Open the browser window by clicking the internet explorer icon on the desktop. 3. Then clicks the open option on the file menu in the window of the browser . 4. Next, clicks the browse button in the open dialog box. 5.Finally selects the file name from your desired position and clicks on open button. You can show a web page like that.  Try it in your own then you can understand Exactly. Here <html>: This tag specifies that the document type is HTML. <head>:This is the first part of the HTML document. The <head> tag contains the <title> tag with in it. <title>:This tag contains the title information which is displayed on the title bar of the browser window. If you want to change the code 1.Clicks the view menu and selects the Source option from the drop-down menu 2.The Notepad window containing the code is displayed on the screen. 3.Then adds the text to the code. 4.Saves the file by clicking the save option on the file menu. 5.Finally, clicks the refresh button to see the change.
